This is a 4 minute Cardio Exercises or Warm up before Walking. Do each exercises for 40 seconds and 10 seconds rest.
I intended to make this exercise routine for all beginners to start their workout routine.
And These exercises are as simple that can be done by,

- In post-pregnancy period,
- At times of mensuration,
- People with health conditions like back pain.
